The narrow gauge steam locomotive 'Covertcoat' at work on the Launceston Steam Railway in Cornwall, England, UK. The 0-4-0 ST locomotive was built by Hunslet in 1898 and spent its working life at Dinoric Slate Quarry in North Wales (works no. 679) before being preserved. It now carries passengers on a 2.5 mile stretch of the preserved railway formerly part of the LSWR (London & South West Railway) North Cornwall railway network. The narrow gauge is 1 ft 11 1⁄2 in (597 mm)
