Description
Pencarrow is an elegant Grade II* listed country house in north Cornwall, England, UK between Wadebridge and Bodmin. Dating from around the 1730s the stately home is in the Georgian and Palladian style and is home to the Molesworth St Aubyn and Arscott family. Apparently the common name of the monkey puzzle tree originated here when a visitor remarked on an early specimen.
