Description
The beautiful, dramatic and remote coastal landscape looking south towards Sandymouth, Northcott Mouth and then Bude and beyond. Surf rolls in lazily over the grey-green slate coloured water and is quite mesmerising to listen to and watch. This seascape view is from the towering cliffs and craggy rocks of Steeple Point near to Duckpool on the wild Atlantic coast, North Cornwall, SW England, UK.
The shot was taken at over 300 feet (100m) above sea level from the narrow coastal path that hugs the near vertical cliffs as it rises from the beach below. A climb not for the faint-hearted and a good test of leg muscles!
Taken on a lovely spring day in early May one year.
